Biography

Epigmenio Carlos Ibarra Almada, known as Epigmenio Ibarra, is a Mexican producer and journalist. Founder of the television production company Argos Comunicación together with Carlos Payán and Hernán Vera, he was also a war correspondent in the 1980s and 1990s. He has been responsible for soap operas that inserted Televisión Azteca into the competition of said genre in Mexico, with productions such as Nada personal and Mirada de mujer.
