For the first time this foursome is making a program together (at least Jonas, Nathalie and Guga of course already know each other from Tegen De Sterren Op). They fillet, parody and correct everything that mattered in the past week and hope for improvement for the week that follows.
The news of the past year? That could have been a lot happier. That's why Nathalie, Jonas, Guga and Ruth rewind 2020 and give it a makeover that will make you happy. The location of this pop-up comedy show is the city theater of Mechelen. After all, what place is a better symbol for this year than an empty theater hall?
Guga, Nathalie, Ruth and Jonas are once again looking for the topics, people, events and TV programs that did make us laugh in this disastrous year. Ruth is confronted with her reflection in the mirror when Nathalie takes over the presentation of 'Snackmasters'. In 2020 we finally got a new government. Notable absentee was Kristof Calvo (Jonas).
It was also a disastrous year for Tom Waes, who had to cancel his tour of Japan when the whole world suddenly went into lockdown. However, the Flemish adventurer did not give up and started 'Reizen Waes: Flanders' in good spirits. 'RIP 2020' already offers you an exclusive taste of the adventures of Tom (Guga) and sound engineer Pascal (Ruth) close to home.
An exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the auditions for the second series of 'The Masked Singer'. The detective team, consisting of Jens Dendoncker (Guga), Julie Van den Steen (Nathalie) and Karen Damen (Ruth), vets a series of possible participants.
Everyone will have to create the atmosphere themselves this year, the Planckaerts realize. That's why Eddy (Guga), Francesco (Jonas), Christa (Nathalie) and meme Clara (Ruth) are releasing their brand new Christmas single exclusively in 'RIP 2020'.
One of the most talked about moments of 2020 were the National Security Council PowerPoint presentations. Minister Sophie Wilmès (Nathalie Meskens) presents her personal highlights of this year in a new PowerPoint.
Now that the year is finally over, we get a look back at the best of the look back at the best of 2020!
