Instinto tells the journey to the light of Marco (Mario Casas), an attractive and triumphant man, but with a tormented childhood and an inability to maintain a healthy sentimental relationship, which makes shelter in sex (in an exclusive private club) to give free reign to their wildest erotic fantasies. Eva and Carol's breakthrough and their mother's comeback will make everything start to change.
Marco could be the perfect man. He is attractive, intelligent and very rich. He is the owner, together with Diego, his investment partner, of a booming automobile company that numerous international companies dream of getting their hands on. And it is precisely the possibility of investment from a Qatari company that pushes them to carry out the presentation of their latest model, at a party where they meet Eva, a young R&D promoter interested in being part of their business. But, although Marco is extremely successful and neither his status nor his physique are indifferent to women, a terrible trauma surrounds his past and forces him to periodically go to a peculiar club where he can disinhibit his deepest desires. And Marco may not be exactly the perfect man.
After receiving a mysterious call from his mother, Marco appears restless and anxious and will try, with great difficulty, to ensure that this state does not affect his work. However, the situation in Alva is already complicated in itself. Diego is still determined to hire Eva, but Marco is not willing to allow it unless his partner breaks off his romantic relationship with her and returns to Bárbara. Friction between the two that will be aggravated by a succulent offer that Diego has just received. Meanwhile, at the Special Education Center, Carol will try to do what she considers best for José, even if it means breaking the rules and putting him back in contact with Marco.
The appearance of his mother has disrupted Marco's life, and he will try to deal with this new situation with the help of Sara, his psychologist, willing to go to any lengths necessary to explain the reason for her patient's anxiety attacks. Bárbara's suspicions increase as Eva and Diego's relationship gains in intensity. But after what she saw at the erotic club, Eva seems to be increasingly intrigued by Marco and the mysterious aura that surrounds him. For her part, Carol insists on her rehabilitation plan for José by putting him in contact with his brother, although his antagonistic way of seeing the world will soon cause friction to emerge between Marco and the educator.

At Alva, Box's project continues to advance with Eva at the helm, while Bárbara sees her power within the company diminish more and more. Destroyed by Diego's infidelity, she will look for a way to bring him back into the fold and keep him away from that woman. But Diego has already made a decision. Meanwhile, Carol will confront her boyfriend, Raúl, for his obsession with acting independently in José's education and without taking into account Dr. Villegas' orders.
Marco undergoes a regression session with Pol to discover, through hypnosis, the trauma that surrounds his past, while Sara is forced to also be treated by the psychiatrist if she wants him to work with her patient. For his part, Diego asks Marco for explanations for his absences and attributes them to the women's lingerie that Eva left in her drawer. Added to the growing tension between the two is what Barbara will cause when, upon arriving at the company, she is aware of a painful discovery. And all this in parallel with Laura's attempts to establish contact with José, from whom Carol has been separated by Dr. Villegas.
José has disappeared. After being taken away from Carol, he went into crisis and now no one at the juvenile center knows where he could have gone. Carol must go there despite her recent disqualification and do everything possible to find the young man. Oblivious to the threats surrounding his brother, Marco advances in his hypnotic treatment with Pol: as a child he witnessed things that now come back to him in a painful way. Meanwhile, Sara, feeling displaced, will try to regain control over Marco's case. For her part, the relationship between Eva and Diego is cooling and she looks for a way to get closer to Marco and solve her own family conflicts.
After José's accidental rescue, Marco has decided to have him live in his house. He has the support of Carol, but he will have to fight for custody in front of the juvenile center and in front of Laura, who seeks in any way to recover her relationship with her son. For the first time, Marco is forced to live in his house with other people, for which he will once again place himself under Sara's supervision. Meanwhile, in Alva things get complicated, especially for Eva. Bárbara has decided to exact her revenge and now not only her project but the future of the company is in danger. Furthermore, certain revelations will make Diego get closer and closer to the truth about his lover.
Marco's visits to the club end up taking their toll on him and he decides to finally face his own ghosts the only way he can: by remembering. To do this, you must visit the house where it all began and where a terrifying truth is hidden. For her part, Carol will try to make Marco understand the enormous responsibility of having José in her care. The trial is going to take place and she should accept how her life will change if she is given custody, to which Laura also aspires and who seeks advice from Dr. Villegas: should she or should she not be the one to take care of José? Finally, Diego has discovered Eva's betrayal and makes a decision regarding her that he will try to carry out.
