Rick is a 24 year old with Down Syndrome, fed up with "fake internships" and eager for a real job. Ivan, his father, has just sold the business to dedicate himself to him and allow Alessia, his mother, to resume her career. The turning point comes when Miriam hires the young man in the packaging department of the family chocolate shop: in addition to finding a job, the young man meets an extraordinary group of disabled kids with whom he immediately becomes friends.
