Rasputin gets caught up in a shooting in the street and is almost certain that he should have been the target instead of the woman who ends up in the operating room. He begins to fear for his life and is about to disappear just to be safe. But fortunately, patients have priority. Mery must help an old lady who is being abused by her daughter-in-law.
